CGU, part of Insurance Australia Group, is seeking a skilled to act as the primary relationship for service and issue-resolution for brokers on a 12-month fixed-term contract across Australia. The role offers a hybrid setup with up to two days work from home weekly, and a focus on proactive broker experience aligned to IAG’s II A strategy.

You will deliver responsive broker support, understand broker needs, and collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations to progress requests.
