CIVIL SUPERVISOR – CARPENTRY/FORMWORK EXPERIENCE

Civelec Solutions is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong carpentry and formwork experience.

This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for leading the civil crew while also working on the tools when required.

THE ROLE
Supervising civil crews and subcontractors
Planning daily work, labour, plant and materials
Setting out and building formwork
Forming footings, slabs and concrete structures
Coordinating excavation, trenching, pits and conduit installation
Reading construction plans and drawings
Overseeing reinforcement and concrete pours
Completing site and quality documentation
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Liaising with clients, builders and project managers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Civil construction supervisory experience




Strong carpentry and formwork experience
Ability to read and work from construction drawings
Concrete and reinforcement experience
White Card
Solid leadership and communication skills
A practical, hands-on approach
A solid commitment to safety and quality
Must be willing and available to work away from home on projects anywhere across NSW when required, including overnight and multi-day stays
