Wake Up! Bondi Beach is seeking an energetic Hostel General Manager to take ownership of daily operations and guest experience at Bondi Beach, NSW. This hands-on leadership role places you at the heart of the hostel, ensuring high standards and a welcoming setting.

You’ll lead from the front, drive events and the social atmosphere, manage rosters and training, and work closely with housekeeping and reception to deliver an unbeatable beachfront experience for guests.
