You would work with some fantastic mentors who have worked in the industry for many years, as well as great interaction across the business with non-finance.
They will offer WFH once you have learnt the ropes and are able to work autonomously.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
Month-end accounting and reporting
JCRs and financial reconciliations
Client and agency billings
Balance sheet reconciliations
Accruals, prepayments and journals
Assisting with management reporting
Supporting the CFO and wider team with ad hoc analysis and projects
Contributing to process improvements across the finance function as the business expands.
Your Background
We are looking for an experienced Accountant who has previously worked within the media, advertising or related industry and understands the pace and complexities of an agency workplace.
You will ideally have:
CA/CPA qualification or be working towards it
Relevant Financial Accounting experience
Solid month-end and reconciliation skills
Experience with JCRs and billings
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
If you are available on short-notice that would be highly regarded.
