Use your real-world software engineering experience to assess AI-generated code, design realistic engineering challenges, review solutions, and help improve how AI handles production-level development work.

Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate AI-generated code, bug fixes, refactors, and technical solutions
Create realistic software engineering tasks based on real-world development scenarios
Compare AI-generated outputs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and edge cases
Develop test cases, evaluation rubrics, and quality standards
Provide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, and maintainability

Requirements:
2+ years of skilled software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience working with Git, testing frameworks, and debugging tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Backgrounds:
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud-based development
Frontend, backend, mobile, or full-stack development backgrounds
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
