About the role

This part-time role involves engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable telecom products and services. You’ll help manage the sales process from first contact through to follow-up, while representing Reach Telecom professionally.

What you’ll do




Identify and follow up on sales opportunities
Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotes, proposals and sales information
Keep customer and sales records up to date
Work with the team to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience

What we’re looking for
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A confident, customer-focused approach
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Positive organisation and follow-through
Sales or customer service experience; telecommunications experience is an advantage
