This hands-on role leads a busy customer service team, coordinates with schedulers to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a demanding customer service workplace, solid communication, data-entry accuracy and local geography knowledge.
