Administration Assistant - Logistics | Ongoing work

FindStaff is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse team in an ongoing position. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent role for candidates looking to build their experience in warehouse administration.

Working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm , you will be responsible for responding to emails, navigating multiple systems, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, and liaising with internal teams. The successful candidate will be organised, computer-savvy, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.

$35.00 per hour + ongoing full time hours

Key Responsibilities
Responding to emails and administrative enquiries
Using multiple systems to manage warehouse activities
Communicating with warehouse staff and internal stakeholders
Supporting daily warehouse operations and administration

To Be Successful You Will Have
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Good computer skills and ability to learn recent systems
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working within a warehouse environment
