Regional Group Australia (RGA) are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Workshop and Spare Parts Administrator to support day-to-day workshop business operations based at Cranbourne, VIC.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support across multiple functions, including purchasing, data entry, processing service sheets, and asset maintenance administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, productive, and capable of managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support for MEX & D365
Processing of service sheets
Preparing and processing workshop invoices
Coordinate and process purchasing requirements
Raise and track purchase orders
Ensure all purchases are accurately recorded and authorised
Coordination of trucks to be serviced with Transport Division.





Knowledge and experience required:
Be very organised, have outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience in administration operations
Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills
Knowledge of Mex Asset Maintenance system and D365 preferred.
