This is a grounds maintenance role working on regular routes across SEQ. You'll be responsible for lawn care, garden maintenance, and equipment upkeep across multiple sites, with a transparent path to progress from crew member to crew leader.

Key responsibilities
Mow, edge, whipper snip and blow down lawns
Trim hedges, prune shrubs and keep garden beds weeded and tidy
Spread mulch and remove green waste
Spot and report irrigation problems, and help with repairs
Take before and after photos of every job in the app
Look after the ute, trailer and gear: clean, fuelled and maintained
Work through your daily run of sites on time

About you
Current driver's licence, comfortable towing a trailer
Experience with mowers, whipper snippers and hedgers




A police check, or willing to get one
NDIS worker screening, or willing to get it, for some sites
A smartphone for the job app
Fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
Turn up on time, every time
