Mercy Health, Werribee Mercy Hospital, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager – Workforce and Operations to lead workforce planning, rostering and operational performance in a expanding Emergency Department. You will partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure secure, efficient emergency care delivery.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, postgraduate critical care or emergency nursing qualifications, and robust leadership in workforce management within a rapid-paced ED setting.
