Sonnel Hospitality's Oasis on Beamish Hotel in Sydney seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Venue Manager, lead a busy team on shift, drive service standards and guest experiences.

The role requires hospitality supervisory experience, current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications, solid leadership and communication, and a hands-on, community‑first approach. Full time position with a $85,000 salary plus super and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for October/November 2026 starters.
