The Role
Advise on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment law, industrial relations, work health and safety and anti-discrimination issues.
Act on varied and complex work such as industrial disputes, restructuring, compliance and regulatory matters, underpayments and litigation across courts and tribunals.
Work closely with partners and clients to deliver strategic, practical and commercially focused solutions across diverse industries.

About You




You will ideally have proven experience advising on employment and industrial relations matters, with WHS experience viewed favourably but not essential.
You will bring strong drafting skills, excellent communication ability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
You will be self-motivated, highly organised and client-focused, with a genuine interest in developing your skills and building trusted client relationships.
