We’re recruiting a Senior Rem Advisor for a key client to support their performance and remuneration review cycle. This role needs someone who’s outstanding with data – and even better with people.
What you'll do:
Analyse and interpret performance and remuneration data
Provide transparent, strategic advice to leaders on reward outcomes
Work across the business to align pay, performance and capability decisions
Influence and support stakeholders through remuneration discussions
Collaborate with People Partners and the wider Reward team
What we're looking for:
Advanced Excel and confidence working with large datasets
Proven experience in remuneration and performance frameworks
Ability to engage and influence senior leaders
Robust problem-solving, commercial thinking and attention to detail
You'll play a vital role in ensuring fair and consistent remuneration decisions across the business. A perfect role for someone who enjoys a mix of data and stakeholder engagement.
