General functions of the role include:

· Conducting display suite appointments

· Prospecting current buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity

· Updating CRM & online listings to accurately reflect property information

· Generating enquiry reports to track leads and quality of marketing

· Assisting with the negotiation and exchange closing of sales contracts

Role Requirements
Certificate of Registration is essential
Previous demonstrated experience in Project Sales
A High Level of Personal Presentation

Pay: $60,000.00 – $1,200,000.00 per year
