We are looking for an experienced and passionate Burger Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare delicious, high-quality burgers, work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen and maintain excellent food hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook beef, chicken and specialty burgers. Operate grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment. Prepare burger sauces, toppings and fresh ingredients. Cook patties to the required temperature and quality. Prepare fries, loaded fries and other side dishes. Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation. Manage takeaway, dine-in and Uber Eats orders. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods. Requirements Previous experience as a burger chef or grill cook preferred. Experience making smash burgers is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
