About the role

You'll handle the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, helping customers find the right vehicle and providing exceptional service along the way.

Key responsibilities
Handling showroom, phone and online enquiries.
Presenting used vehicles and conducting test drives.
Negotiating sales and closing deals.
Following up with customers and maintaining accurate records.
Working closely with our finance and service teams to coordinate vehicle deliveries.
Achieving sales targets and keeping the yard well presented.

About you
Proven experience selling used cars.
A skilled appearance and customer-focused approach.
A desire to learn, develop your skills and grow your career.
Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
A proactive approach to generating and following up sales opportunities.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Solid organisation and attention to detail.
A current driver's licence.
Availability to work Saturdays.
