We are seeking a proactive and suitably qualified Work Health and Safety (WHS) Officer to join the Shire of Northam People and Culture team for a fixed-term of 6 months.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a secure, compliant, and healthy workplace across diverse Shire operations spanning corporate offices, community centres and facilities, depots, libraries, and public infrastructure projects.
Reporting directly to the Manager People and Culture, you will champion a progressive safety culture and ensure robust compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020.
