About the role

This is a hands-on Truck Driver / Yard All-Rounder role with Access Hub at the Gillman team. The role combines driving, yard work, equipment handling, and general machine preparation. You will work across a variety of tasks to keep the operation moving, with variety, responsibility, and steady full-time hours.

Key responsibilities
Secure operation of tilt tray trucks (training provided)
Loading and unloading access equipment
Securing and transporting machinery to customer sites
Daily vehicle checks and safety compliance
Washing and cleaning equipment
Fuelling machines
Moving and organising stock
Basic servicing and preparation of equipment
General hands-on support across the branch
Customer-facing delivery and site interactions

About you
Valid HR license and able to drive a 9spd synchro manual
Experience with trucks, machinery, or load restraint (preferred however not essential)




Willingness to work across driving + yard + maintenance tasks - this is a must!
Strong work ethic — this is a hands-on role, not just driving
Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Is reliable and committed
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is looking for a long-term prospect, not just a short-term position
Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays when required
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Available for immediate start
Right to work in Australia (Australian citizens or permanent residents)
