About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader. My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

Key responsibilities
Provide person-centred, community-inclusive support to clients
Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and fellow support workers
Understand and respond to clients' needs
Maintain qualified boundaries while building strong relationships

About you
An enthusiastic and friendly outlook




A compassionate and empathetic demeanour
Robust listening and communication skills, along with patience
Excellent relationship-building skills
The ability to maintain transparent professional boundaries
Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred)
Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)
