Job Summary

Responsibilities

– Conducting assessments to diagnose speech disorders

– Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

– Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills

– Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed





– Collaborating with other healthcare specialists, such as doctors and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

– Educating patients and their families on strategies for improving communication skills

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from an accredited institution

– Current license or registration as a Speech Therapist in Australia

– Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist

– Certification from the Australian Speak Easy Association (ASEA) preferred

– Solid knowledge of evidence-based practice in speech therapy
