$45.50/ph + penalties

What We're Looking For
Minimum 12 months' experience in civil earthworks or road construction
Demonstrated experience operating UTS (Universal Total Station) Graders for high-precision final trim
Relevant RII competencies (Conduct civil construction grader operations)
Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
Ability to follow instructions and work in a rapid-paced workplace

Key Responsibilities
Operate UTS-equipped Graders safely and efficiently for precision civil works
Execute high-precision final trim grading, pavement layers, and sub-grade preparation using UTS technology
Work closely with surveyors and interpret site plans to achieve exact design tolerances
Complete pre-start checks,



report defects, and ensure machinery is well maintained
Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
