Reine & La Rue is a two-hatted modern French restaurant located within Melbourne's original Stock Exchange building on the corner of Queen and Collins Streets. Since opening in 2023, the venue has become one of the city's most celebrated dining destinations.

Set beneath soaring vaulted ceilings and Gothic Revival architecture, Reine pairs refined French cooking with exceptional Victorian produce, while La Rue offers an intimate wine and cocktail experience centred around one of Australia's most distinctive wine collections. Together, they create a dining experience defined by generosity, excellence and a robust sense of place.

The Opportunity

At Reine & La Rue we are always searching for talented Trade Waiters, Wine Waiters and Sommeliers to join our team. Expectations are high as we strive to deliver nothing short of excellence to our guests and we want to work with specialists who are dedicated and motivated to succeed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Relevant qualification and/or 12 to 24 months of experience A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests





Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
