Our Company Profile

We are an organisation that provides quality labour hire personnel in Building, Civil & Rail Construction, Security Services, Mining & Resources and Traffic Management.

We are currently looking for Traffic Controllers for ongoing and upcoming commercial projects in Adelaide Metropolitan Area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out traffic control duties for roadworks, construction projects, and special events.
Direct vehicles safely using Stop/Slow bats and other approved traffic control methods.
Set up, implement, and oversee traffic management arrangements in line with approved plans.
Conduct pre-operational inspections of vehicles to ensure they are protected and ready for use.
Assist with the transportation, loading, unloading, and placement of traffic signs, barriers, and control equipment.
Identify potential hazards at work sites, conduct risk assessments, and apply appropriate safety measures.




Record and report workplace hazards, incidents, and near misses in accordance with safety procedures.
Observe traffic conditions and vehicle movements, taking appropriate action to maintain secure traffic flow.
Follow directions from supervisors, site managers, team leaders, and authorised inspectors or auditors.
Safely manage vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist movements to protect road workers, contractors, and the general public.

Skills and Requirements
Current and valid traffic control qualifications, including TC1/TC2/TC3 and TMI1/TMI2/TMI3 accreditation, as applicable.
Valid Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) construction induction card.
Full driver's licence, with demonstrated confidence driving manual transmission vehicles.
Previous experience in traffic control and traffic management operations.
Flexibility to work across day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and varying project schedules.
High Risk Material and Personnel Hoist, Forklift ticket are advantageous
