We're looking for a creative, community-minded social media pro to be the voice of our furry friends online. You'll create the content our community loves, keep our comments and DMs full of positive vibes, and help more people discover the magic of making their own bear.

You won't be flying solo. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who sets the brief, shares the marketing calendar and backs your ideas. And it isn't just local: you'll also look after social for our New Zealand and Fiji communities, so your work reaches fans well beyond home.

What you'll be doing
Filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks and more), from in-store moments to launch day reveals, planned around our marketing calendar
Being the friendly voice in our DMs and comments, answering questions with warmth and passing anything tricky to the team
Reviewing tagged posts and resharing the best of them, so our community gets to be the star
Keeping an eye on trends and what's working, and putting your own ideas forward




Researching like-minded brands and creators and reaching out about collaborations
Supporting social for NZ and Fiji, including adapting content to local audiences and moments
Sharing a straightforward monthly report on what's landing

What you'll bring
A warm, playful writing voice and good judgement in a comment section
A solid understanding of social platforms, trends and what makes content engaging
Organisation and self-direction, so you can work to a content calendar without being chased
