About the Role

As a Site Manager in Civil Construction, you’ll lead in office project delivery, working hands on with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll have experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project timelines and specifications
Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders for smooth project delivery
Daily reporting on tasks/project milestones completed and other site activity including change requests and change orders
Lead site meetings,



toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Conduct quality inspections and document control
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and company policies

Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
Robust knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary training
Current White Card and driver’s license
Plant tickets would be highly regarded
