Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the telecommunications domain. The candidate should have solid requirements-gathering and documentation skills, the ability to understand technical systems, and experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
Support system integration, testing, UAT,



and implementation activities.
Track requirements, risks, issues, and project deliverables.
Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Telecommunications domain knowledge.
Robust requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end project delivery.

Desirable Skills
Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
Mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and broadband services.
Network connectivity, IP networking, and telecom infrastructure.
API and system integration knowledge.
Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
