About the role

Alyv is seeking support workers to work alongside individuals in their homes and communities. Specialising in neurodiversity and psychosocial support, this role involves providing low-risk services across the Perth Metro area (from Mandurah to Yanchep and as far as Mundaring) to children, young people, and adults. Your involvement will be based on your life skills, role modelling, and ability to understand and implement supports as directed by the individuals you work with.

Key responsibilities
Work alongside individuals in their homes or Alyv SIL homes and communities to provide neurodiversity and psychosocial support
Implement supports as directed by the individuals you work with
Model culturally appropriate social and conversational behaviours
Provide support based on life skills and role modelling

About you
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
Experience with neurodiversity and/or mental health support
Qualifications in community services, individual support, youth work, mental health, early childhood education, or related field
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain




First Aid Training or willingness to obtain
WA Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Solid team player mentality
Strong sense of personal ethics and values
