Job Type: Full-time Bertram and Son Services Pty Ltd – Brisbane QLD

As State Manager, you will take ownership of the Queensland business, with responsibility for sales growth, business development, ensure operations align to service delivery promises, and overall state performance. This is an exciting opportunity to expand on sound existing contracts within the Aged Care Sector.

Key responsibilities
Continue to execute or change current strategy to grow the Queensland market
Drive sales, revenue and profitability targets
Build relationships with existing and new customers
Identify new prospects
Understand budgets, costs, KPIs and overall financial performance
Work closely with the Managing Director ensuring continued growth

About you




Experience as a State Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager or business development qualified
Strong track record in B2B sales and business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience within Aged Care markets will be highly regarded
