We're looking for a hands-on Retail Business Leader who can build a solid team, deliver a great customer experience and drive our Robina store's performance. About The Role

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the store, bringing together sales, customer service and operations. You'll be visible on the floor, supporting your team through busy periods and setting clear expectations that help everyone succeed.

Your responsibilities will include
Coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and service goals.
Building a positive team culture where people feel supported and accountable.
Delivering a welcoming customer experience, from browsing to collection.
Tracking business performance and putting improvements into action.
Managing rosters and resources to meet customer demand.
Overseeing stock management, merchandising and presentation across the showroom and warehouse.




Maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring store procedures are followed.
Resolving customer concerns with a practical, helpful approach.

About you You're an experienced retail leader who knows how to balance commercial results with a great team and customer experience. You're comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities and getting involved when your team needs support. You'll bring:
Experience leading a retail store or comparable business.
A track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance.
Strong coaching skills and experience developing team members.
Confidence managing rosters, stock and daily operations.
Explicit communication and a calm approach to solving problems.
A commitment to customer service and workplace safety.
