360 Recruiter – Education Sector | Sydney CBD

We’re working with a small, tight-knit recruitment firm based in Sydney CBD, that specialises in the education space. They’re now looking to bring on a driven 360 recruiter to help grow the desk.

The Role
This is a true 360 position — you’ll own the full recruitment cycle from day one.
Work with warm clients already sitting in the database
Build current relationships across the education and edtech space
Manage the full recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers)
Run your own desk across both clients and candidates
Focus on long-term partnerships, not just quick wins

What They’re Looking For
They want someone with a robust sales mindset who knows how to chase and close.
1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
Background in education or edtech is a big plus




Titles could include BDM, Account Executive, SDR, or similar
Natural hunter — comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities
Able to work autonomously in a small team workplace
