Located in Melbourne’s South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC new 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world’s best free roam virtual reality Zero Latency. /n /n We sell fun and excitement and have an exciting chance to join the heart of our business – the Sales team! /n /n Being the first point of contact of the business and providing a professional tier 1 service, in this rapid paced role you will: /n /n
Understand all aspects of the business and retain detailed knowledge of the experiences we offer

Sell our activities and assist guests in creating a day of fun

/n
Secure bookings from kids and adult parties to corporate and school groups

/n
Answer and return customer phone calls as well as respond to emails and enquiries made online in an efficient and timely manner

/n
Process payments and ensure all bookings are balanced

/n
Communicate with and follow up on any upcoming groups and parties to ensure they are organised for their event

/n




Check in and screen guests for their activities to ensure they meet the requirements of the activity

/n
Adhere to company processes and safety standards

/n
Enforce activity rules and restrictions prior to guest participation
