The Role
Advise clients on complex employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters across the full employment lifecycle.
Represent clients in disputes before the Fair Work Commission, tribunals and courts, including high-stakes employment litigation.
Manage client relationships while delivering strategic, commercially focused advice and supervising junior team members where appropriate.

You will ideally have 5+ years’ post-admission experience in employment law gained within a reputable law firm environment. You bring strong drafting, advocacy and communication skills, together with sound commercial judgment and a thorough understanding of legal processes.
