Job Type: Full time Remote: Hybrid Healthcare Specialists Group is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (FSP) to join our Melbourne team. Working within a dedicated Functional Service Provider model, you will take ownership of monitoring activities and build solid relationships with investigative sites to support ongoing trial delivery.

You will monitor site performance, ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP and Australian guidelines), review essential trial documentation, and provide guidance to sites.
