This is a down to earth operation where people are trusted to own their work, and we are looking for a Scheduler to join the team and take on a broad, hands-on role spanning procurement, quoting and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include
Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects
Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes
Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit
Raising purchase orders for labour and materials
Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders




Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback

About You
Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction
Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
Solid attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setup while staying connected to the team
