The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales agents and ensuring every property campaign runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work. You will be the backbone of the sales team, managing marketing, compliance, administration, and front-of-house responsibilities while providing exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and print marketing for all property listings
Process listings, sales, and property marketing for each property listed and sold by the sales team
Ensure all paperwork is compliant and aligned with internal processes




Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, coordinating marketing, signage, photography, and advertising
Maintain qualified and friendly communication with new and existing clients
Provide high-level administrative and sales support to agents
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
