The Role
Advise on a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, insurance disputes and construction and resources claims.
Act for a diverse client base including corporates, government agencies, insurers and high net worth individuals across multiple jurisdictions.
Work closely with Partners and senior practitioners while maintaining direct engagement with clients, counsel, experts and opposing parties.

About You




You will ideally have 5+ years’ post?admission experience with strong expertise in litigation and civil procedure, particularly within Western Australian courts.
You bring strong analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
You are a collaborative and motivated lawyer with leadership capability, a positive attitude and an interest in mentoring junior team members.
