Position Summary:

The Senior PDM leads all aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery storage, and hydrogen hybrid project development from inception to completion. This critical role requires strategic vision, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project development strategy for solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hydrogen integration.
Identify and evaluate potential projects.
Establish and oversee project timelines, budgets and milestones.
Ensure design and engineering standards are met.
Stay current on industry trends including solar PV innovation, battery storage, hydrogen integration.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements.




Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting processes.
Understanding project finance and investment analysis.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on progress, budgets, and metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of solar PV and BESS project development experience.
Extensive knowledge of solar PV, BESS, hydrogen tech, regulations, incentives.
Proven experience developing Solar+BESS, standalone BESS and Solar+BESS+Hydrogen projects.
Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation and communication skills.
Robust analytical, financial modeling and project management abilities.
