We work with clients to define their needs, from initial foundation strategy through to making brands live, using design, digital, comms, content and advertising.

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for a strategic minded, smart Senior Account Director to join our client service team, someone who gets a kick out of solving business issues and loves the strategic and creative process.

Someone with buttoned down client management skills who loves building robust relationships, enjoys working collaboratively and mentoring more junior team members.

You'll work closely with the strategy and creative teams and enjoy inputting into the process to craft compelling ideas.

As a senior lead in client service, you will be working across some of the largest clients in their categories, as diverse as banking, fin tech, health insurance, wealth, NFP and super.

You'll enjoy getting under the skin of your client's category and business, adding value to the relationship and creating solid,



insightful briefs and client plans.

You'll take responsibility for driving and growing your client accounts.
8+ years of advertising, brand or communications agency experience is a must.
Corporate and financial services experience will be highly regarded (but not essential if you can demonstrate your ability to deliver excellent work in a complex category with exceptional stakeholder management).
Strong experience leading and managing integrated projects across initial strategy, brand and customer value proposition development, 1 :1, digital, content, advertising and communications programs.
Solid financial management and commercial acumen.
High levels of client consulting and management and a drive to make every project the best it can be.
A fire in your belly, an entrepreneurial spirit.

This is a hybrid role, 4 days onsite in our waterfront offices in Pyrmont and 1 day remote.

Note this is not an advertising sales role.
