Role and Responsibilities
Building and managing strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders.
Support and contribute to Orphans Sponsorship programs and events, provide essential high-standard administrative support and liaise with donors, supporters and stakeholders.
Ensuring the CRM database is kept up to date with accurate donor information and processing and receipting of all fundraising transactions in a timely and effective manner.
Reconciliations and receipting/processing of Gifts
Coordination and implementation of communications with donors
Liaise with fundraisers from enquiry to completion, providing resources and supporting campaign progress and recognising results.




Other Adhoc duties as requested by the departmental Managers/Director in the interest of HAA’s objectives

What you’ll need to succeed
Significant demonstrated experience and success in program coordinating and event management (essential), preferably in the not-for-profit sector (desirable)
Ability to perform a high volume of outbound supporter calls
Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills and can build rapport easily
Confident, enthusiastic and resilient.
Strong project management skills, including the proven ability to proactively meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with CRMs
Be a team player with the ability to collaborate
