We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with robust hands-on project delivery experience in Pega-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering Pega initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based projects and programs.
Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery,



and program objectives.
Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Key Requirements
Solid and proven experience managing Pega-based projects — mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in program or project management within complex IT environments.
Robust stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in program planning, risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive delivery outcomes.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
