We're partnering with a well-established boutique accounting firm in Newcastle that's looking for an experienced Manager to lead a small, high-performing team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is an excellent prospect for an accomplished accounting professional who enjoys mentoring others, building solid client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a close-knit firm.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of business clients
Leading and mentoring a team of 2+ accountants
Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
Providing business and taxation advice
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting the partners with workflow management and team development

About You

You'll have:
CA or CPA qualification (essential)




10+ years' experience within public practice
Previous experience managing a team of 2 or more
Robust technical accounting and tax knowledge
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
