We are seeking a friendly and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our experienced and qualified team.

Part-Time / Casual Positions available

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional manner
Answering and directing telephone calls
Booking and managing appointments
Invoicing and receipting
Typing medical reports and correspondence




General administrative and office duties

About You:
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Friendly, approachable, and well-presented
Positive team player with excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer literate with robust administrative skills
Confident touch typist
Prior medical reception experience is an advantage
Best Practice software experience (preferred, not essential)

The Medical Receptionist reports directly to the Practice Manager. Applicants MUST be able to obtain and provide a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check
