About the role:

Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Scheduling, confirming and managing appointments
Processing Medicare claims, payments and patient accounts
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
Managing incoming correspondence
Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals and external providers
Supporting the clinical and administration teams as required





North Coast TMS is looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Demonstrates empathy, patience and professionalism
Is confident using computers and learning current systems
Understands the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality
Works well both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration is highly regarded. Also experience using Xestro platform will be an advantage; however, training can be provided.

Applicants must be available to work in office in Byron Bay on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
