Hampton Park Dental is looking for a Practice Manager to lead our team, working full-time over 4 or 5 days per week.

About the role:
Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner.
Managing the appointment schedule for up to 5 chairs efficiently.
Handling patient inquiries via phone, email or in person.
Co-ordinating patient check-in and check-outs, processing payments with HICAPS, Eftpos, Cash and PRODA.
Maintaining patient records and ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting to identify prospects for improvement
Coordinate maintenance, stock control, and supplier relationships
Handling administration tasks and managing reception area.
Provide support to staff and staff scheduling.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in all front office duties including but not limited to; making appointments, accounts, patient liaison, emails, scanning, word processing etc.
Experience with D4W software would be beneficial (however training can be provided)
Previous experience as a Dental assistant is preferred
Provide top quality patient care




Display high attention to detail
Always maintain patient and practice confidentiality
An outstanding knowledge and understanding of infection control
Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic
Be a team player, well presented and take pride in your work
Excellent communication and people skills with attention to detail
Willingness to take direction, learn new skills and techniques and contribute back to the team
