A reliable Australian owned International Freight Forwarder with 20 years in the market is seeking a seasoned Import Operations / Customer Service Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in MEL HO @ Tullamarine.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Handle FCL / LCL / Airfreight import shipments from PO Placement and management through to delivery and billing.
Manage customer accounts and build client relationships
Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective and effective responses to customer enquiries, issues, and concerns as well as develop current opportunities in different trade lanes, services.
Explore additional customer needs/ opportunities and maintain SOPs at all times.
Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
Assist with some export operations

ABOUT YOU:
2 years Import local Freight Forwarder experience
1 years experience with Cargowise1
Strong attention to detail




Understanding of export operations
Excellent communication and computer skills
Adaptable
Excellent Customer Service skills
Relationship building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
