We are partnering with a confidential enterprise organisation seeking an experienced Head of Talent & Capability to lead the next phase of leadership capability and strategic talent development across the business.

Following an initial market search earlier this year, the organisation is now engaging a more targeted and specialised approach to identify a leader with deep enterprise-level experience.

This is a critical hire focused on shaping future capability, leadership programs and sustainable talent pipelines.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior People leadership, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering enterprise-wide talent initiatives that align closely with organisational strategy.

Key focus areas include
Designing and embedding leadership development programs
Driving enterprise capability uplift initiatives
Strategic workforce and succession planning




Enhancing internal talent mobility and growth pathways
Influencing senior stakeholders across complex settings
Leveraging data and insights to shape talent outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:
Experience in enterprise or large, complex organisations
Strong background in leadership development and talent strategy
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders
Depth in organisational capability and workforce planning
Commercial mindset with robust delivery focus
