What are we looking for?
Strong backend Java experience
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
Strong API integration experience -RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT
Good ability to understand complex applications
Solid understanding of syntaxes and data structures
Good to have knowledge in JavaScript frameworks - react/node/express/tailwind
Knowledge in Serverless/Microservice architecture (Azure is advantageous)




Excellent communication skills - ability to translate highly technical information to business stakeholders
Proven experience utilising AI in projects
Growth mindset - somebody eager to learn and keen to develop and grow
