About the role
Maintaining service standards in a refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience
Contributing to food preparation & cleaning kitchen equipment
Ensuring OH&S; compliance with strict food hygiene practices
Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
Collaborate with team to ensure an efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant
Interest in personal & career development and progression

About you
Communication Skills: solid communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience:



previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
