Cook – Mandolin Restaurant

Mandolin Restaurant is looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team for night-time dinner service. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work, and can perform well in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain consistency, quality, and freshness across all menu items.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and productive dinner service.




Manage multiple orders during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.

About You:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
Available to work evening and night shifts.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and solid teamwork skills.
Passion for quality food and maintaining high kitchen standards.
